Active Planning
Shopping List
Choose which planning days to include. Uncheck days with meals already made but not yet eaten. Mark items done as you shop.
| Food Item | Gram | Price |
|---|
Meal prep
Items from your shopping-list days, grouped by meal type. Enter Netto (cooked weight) when done — hover or tap an ingredient name to see each meal’s share and adjusted grams for packing.
Meal slots
Assign favourite ingredients to Meal 1–4. Set Meal category (Protein, Vegetable, Carb/starch, Nut/seed, Fruit), plus min/max grams, in Settings → Food database.
Recipes
Store dressings, marinades, and meal combos. Tag a recipe with Meal 1–4 to use it in suggestions. Use → grams to convert US recipe units. Copy with ÷2/÷3/÷4 when splitting a batch across meals.
Wellness log
Track weight, calorie burn, and sleep alongside what you ate. Intake comes from your meal plan for that calendar date and updates as you edit meals. Save Fitbit numbers when the day is finished.
Trends
Line charts over your saved dates. Intake lines follow your current meal plan; weight, burn, and sleep come from saved log entries.
Correlations
Pick any two measures to compare — each dot is one day. Uses the same date range as Trends. The r value shows how closely they move together (−1 to +1).
History
Cloud sync
Sign in to load and sync your meal plan between PC, phone, and food.hoegmik.com. Uses the same Supabase account as your other apps on this project.
Structured sync (after migration) merges foods, days, and recipes separately — editing on phone and PC is much safer.
Supabase sync not configured yet.
Google Drive sync (legacy)
Older sync via one file in Google Drive. See CLOUD-SYNC.md.

Food database
Edit foods and nutrient values here. Export to ODS for backup or editing in LibreOffice.
Color codes
Daily intake targets
Target and max values used in Day Summary. Add nutrient columns above first.
Visible Nutrients
Choose which nutrient columns appear in meal tables. Day Summary always shows all nutrients. Enable GL for glycemic load (uses Glycemic Index + carbs).
Converters
Back-end data for → grams on the Recipes tab. Volume ingredients use grams per US cup (240 ml); dl converts via the same density. Grains use cooked yield and water per gram dry.
Food List
Upload foodlist.ods (tabs: food_items and daily_intake). Re-uploading replaces the food database but keeps your meal plan.

Archive
Archived days stay available but are excluded from active totals and shopping list.
